- Structured quantum extraction across pain and suffering, medical expenses, transport, medical leave, pre-trial loss of earnings, loss of future earnings, and loss of earning capacity.
- Cover PIPD, industrial accident, public liability, and other insurer-side advice, including WICA and common law coverage analysis.
- Support recovery work including bond recovery, subrogation recovery, and trade debt recovery, with clause retrieval and first drafts of letters of demand.
- Produce recommendation tables and quantum summaries in reviewable Word and Excel formats.
- Lawyers review and approve drafts before use.
